FIND LOCATION
Find a restaurant location (we also help with out)
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT / FRANCHISE FEE
Sign the franchise agreement and pay franchise fee $3,000 (fully refundable)
FUNDS
Have fund available for down payment when the lease is signed ($50,000-$100,000)
LEASE AGREEMENT
Sign the lease agreement (we will visit the site and confirm equipment installation before you sign the agreement)
BANK LOAN
Apply for a bank loan and get an approval letter (RBC recommended)
TRAINING / ACCOUNT SET-UP
Pay one-time training and account set up fee of $5,000
HEAD OFFICE
After all requirements & procedures are finished, head office does the following:
Getting engineer’s drawing and the city permit
Starting and completing the construction of the restaurant and setting up equipment
Providing on-site training
