  1. BE ABLE TO INSTALL THE FAN ON THE ROOF or SUPPLY 200-300AMP POWER FOR VENTLESS EQUIPMENT

  2. FOR INDEPENDENT RESTAURANTS: 600-800sq ft.

  3. FOR IN-SHOP RESTAURANTS: 300-500sq ft.

Investment

  • Franchise fee: $3,000/year

  • New(setup) construction: $50,000-$200,000 (Available Loan 60%)

  • Lease deposit

  • Initial supplies: $5,000

Royalty Fee

  • 4% on sales amount

  • No marketing or promotion fees

  • One-time training and account setup fee $5,000

Returns

  • Food cost: 35-45%

  • Net profit: Between 10%-030%

REQUIRMENTS & PROCEDURES

  1. FIND LOCATION

    • Find a restaurant location (we also help with out)

  2. FRANCHISE AGREEMENT / FRANCHISE FEE

    • Sign the franchise agreement and pay franchise fee $3,000 (fully refundable)

  3. FUNDS

    • Have fund available for down payment when the lease is signed ($50,000-$100,000)

  4. LEASE AGREEMENT

    • Sign the lease agreement (we will visit the site and confirm equipment installation before you sign the agreement)

  5. BANK LOAN

    • Apply for a bank loan and get an approval letter (RBC recommended)

  6. TRAINING / ACCOUNT SET-UP

    • Pay one-time training and account set up fee of $5,000

  7. HEAD OFFICE

    • After all requirements & procedures are finished, head office does the following:

      • Getting engineer’s drawing and the city permit

      • Starting and completing the construction of the restaurant and setting up equipment

      • Providing on-site training
